Return Policy

All hardware and barn doors returns must be made within 30 days from date when product is received. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours with pictures sent via email to [email protected] No returns accepted without prior authorization. All returned goods must be accompanied by your invoice and are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Returns cannot be accepted if products have been installed. Special Order items such as (but not limited to) special finishes and/or custom lengths are non-cancelable/non-returnable. Barn Doors will have photos sent before shipping to gain approval, once approval to ship is given no refund is accepted unless it was damaged in transit. Return shipping is paid by the customer, or the shipping company if damaged caused in transit.


Shipping Policy

All hardware is made to order, please accept the following time frames as estimates as production varies for each set of hardware or door. Free UPS Ground shipping on all hardware in the continental US. All hardware is shipped 3-5 business days from the date of order and can take up to 5 additional days in transit. All barn doors are shipped 4-6 weeks from date of order and arrive via freight; appointment by the freight company may be necessary to schedule delivery.
